What a place, new refurbished rooms were excellent, whisky range blew my mind and the food in the Indian restaurant next level wow what a find by chance and now a firm favourite! Highly recommended.

Best Indian we’ve had in forever. We had the chicken korma, chicken tikka, pilau rice and a giant garlic Naan bread. Everything was spot on, seasoning, flavour, the cook of the chicken was perfect and not dry like other takeaways we’ve had. Had it to takeaway and it was ready for pick up when they said. Happy to support a local business and will 100% be back.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with attentive and experienced staff. Excellent food with an Indian theme along with a well stocked bar suitable for all tastes, all very reasonably priced.

Nice little hotel we booked as we had a very early flight from Edinburgh.
Rooms have recently been renovated and are lovely. Bathroom has a big shower, bed very comfortable. All nice, quiet and clean.
The hotel is being done up and restaurant decorating was in progress so meals were in the friendly and quite busy little bar.
We didn’t eat but the food we saw looked delicious.
We barely heard anything from the bar in the room.

I had great stay, the staff were great. It’s handy having the bar there, it was nice to grab a couple of pints after my day out.

Used this place as I was staying locally and needed food. First of all I was struck by the homely environment. The wee area they have for a pub was right up my alley. I like small intimate pubs that can be quiet this was one and it was a Friday night. The food was 10/10. Just a really nice place to visit. Limited parking spaces.
